Weld on Upper Coil Bucket Tower Gussets - 03-09 4Runner & FJ Cruiser
TC customers like to abuse their products. The factory coil buckets have a tendency to flex resulting in a bent or cracked upper shock mount tower. TC now offers a weld on upper coil bucket gusset that was designed to double shear the upper control arm cross shaft bolt and help prevent damage under hard impacts. These 3/16” laser cut brackets feature windows that were designed to eliminate the need to dissemble the factory brake lines during this items installation. Some grinding is necessary to install these gussets and ensure proper fitment on each vehicle. When installing these gussets the outer 2 end washers will not be reinstalled and are replaced by the gusset. THESE GUSSETS ARE ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH TOTAL CHAOS UPPER CONTROL ARMS AND LONG TRAVEL SYSTEMS!

07+ Tundra Stock Length Dual Shock Hoop Kit
TOTAL CHAOS continues to lead the aftermarket IFS industry with this new stock length suspension dual shock hoop package for your 07+ Tundra 2wd and 4wd pickup. Fiberglass fenders are not required to install this dual 2.5” shock system! Maximize dampening control and performance with stock width control arms. FJ Cruiser & 05+ Tacoma Lower Control Arm Cam Tab Gussets
TC offers weld on lower control arm cam tab gussets for the 05+ Tacoma 6 Lug & 07+ FJ Cruiser. These weld on tabs replace the factory lower control arm cam tabs that are prone to bending and not holding alignment. TC tabs also reinforce the lower arm frame horns front and back. Welding and grinding is required to install. Grinding the factory spot welds & removing the factory cam tab is necessary. TC tabs include a ¼” thick cam side plates and 1/8” thick chromoly backing plates.

Stock Uniball Lower Control Arms with Dual Shock Capability -
05+ Tacoma 6 Lug, 07+ FJ Cruiser, 03-09 4Runner
TOTAL CHAOS now offers stock length replacement lower control arms for the 05+ Tacoma, FJ Cruiser & 03-09 4Runner’s and incorporate 1” uniball’s that replace factory lower ball joints. Lower pivots include replaceable urethane pivot bushings & zerk fitting for easy maintenance. Many customers do not want to install fiberglass fenders or increase the track width with a long travel system, but they crave the aftermarket performance benefits of increased dampening with dual shock capability and the added strength of the lower uniball conversion. TC designed an internally gusseted boxed lower control arm and integrated a ¼” thick steel skid plate. Lower shock mount tabs utilize a stock replacement shock. TC’s billet lower uniball conversion bolts directly to the spindle and is also included. These arms can be installed using a single 2.5” lift coil over shock with the factory bump stop. You can upgrade to a Light Racing* Jounce bump stop or add a secondary 2.5” smooth body shocks for maximum dampening and control. Maximize travel and strength! Dual shocks will require trimming of the factory bump stop mounts. A TC bump stop relocation bracket will have to be installed. The TOTAL CHAOS secondary shock hoops system sold separately. All mounting hardware is included.

Lower Link Skids - 07+ FJ & 03-09 4Runner
Protect your factory FJ & 4Runner lower link brackets from rock damage by installing these TOTAL CHAOS bolt on lower link skid plates. Designed using 3/16” mild steel, these brackets bolt on using 9/16” grade 8 hardware. They are designed to work with factory lower control arm links and aftermarket upgrades. TC link skids are intended to bolt on but can also be welded to maximize the reinforcement to the factory bracket. They incorporate an added spacer that is designed to prevent the factory tabs from elongating like the other brands. The TC skids were designed to reinforce the gap created from the taper design in the factory bracket.

Chromoly Adjustable Rear Links - 07+ FJ & 03-09 4Runner
TOTAL CHAOS offers a complete chromoly rear link system for any 07+ FJ Cruiser and 03-09 4 Runner that provides an additional 1.5” of wheel travel when installed with KING PT#XXXX rear bolt on reservoir shocks. Factory Toyota rear rubber bushings bind when your suspension cycles and can limit wheel travel and articualtion. TC upper, lower and pan hard bar links are built using 1 ¼” x .375 chromoly tubing. Designed to be trail adjustable, these links are tapped on one end and utilize a 7/8” heim for maximum articulation and tune ability. TC supplies all necessary hardware and hi- misalignment spacers required to install this bolt on conversion. The opposite ends of the upper and lower links include gusseted pivots that feature zerk fittings and use replaceable urethane bushings and an inner sleeve that eliminate any pivot resistance. TC allows you to lubricate these urethane pivots through factory access holes on the chassis for convenient maintenance. Lower links incorporate emergency brake line tabs needed to reinstall the factory lines. The TOTAL CHAOS pan hard bar is tapped on both ends and is fully adjustable utilizing ¾” heims to offer maximum adjustability and strength. This package can be purchased individually. Dual 2.0 Rear Suspension Package - Tacoma 5 Lug
TOTAL CHAOS and Deaver Leaf Spring have worked together for nearly a decade supplying off road enthusiasts rear suspension upgrades that have been designed to compliment TC long travel IFS systems. This new 05+ Tacoma 5 lug rear suspension packages was designed to retain the factory bed and does not require any cutting of the bed. TC has taken all the same elements that have dominated the desert and earned multiple championships over the last decade and features them in a bolt on package specifically intended for the 05+ 5 lug Tacoma platform. (6 lug coming Fall/Winter 08) Tested over 500 off road miles, this kit was designed to retain the factory bracket mounting locations. Upper shock mounts and shackles bolt to existing frame holes. Removing factory brackets and rivets is necessary. The dual shock hoop kit features prebent chromoly dual 2.0 upper shock hoops that are intended to install a 14” 2.0 Fox, King or SAW smooth body and or bypass shocks. It also includes TC weld on dual lower shock mounts and all mounting hardware. The Deaver Spring kit features new bolt on rear shackle mounts and custom shackles, urethane bushings and all mounting hardware. Deaver leaf springs bolt to the factory front spring hanger location and will allow for up to 14” of rear wheel travel when installed with this system. (Deaver Springs NOT included) This system has the option to retain the factory rubber bump stops or offers an upgrade to TC's bolt on Light Racing Jounce mounts. 3.5” Lift Spindles 05+ Tacoma Prerunner, 06+ FJ Cruiser 4x2, 03-09 4Runner 4x2
Finally a race inspired bolt on lift spindle for your 2005+ Tacoma Prerunner, 06+ FJ 4x2 and 03-09 4Runner 4x2. TOTAL CHAOS spindles are designed to add an additional 3.5” of lift and can be installed with existing aftermarket mid travel upper control arm and coil over shock packages. These systems combined provide 6”+ of lift and maximum cross member ground clearance, allowing you to Install up to a 35” tire. Our tubular tower and plate design features internal gussets along with overlay plates to add strength and reinforcement to proven weak areas. The tower includes a tapered bung that offers a pocket to access the aftermarket uniball conversion nut or thefactory ball joint. The CNC machined billet hub includes a one piece bearing carrier, and caliper mounts that are integrated into the boxed main body. To maximize strength, TC’s spindle was designed to not retain the factory sway bar. With the heavier spring rates of aftermarket coil over shocks and the increased track width provided by the spindles (3/4” per side), the sway bar removal is not noticeable. Removing the sway bar also allows for maximum wheel travel and articulation which will greatly improve the vehicles off road handling and performance.  TOTAL CHAOS lift spindles come powder coated black and include a pair of D.O.T. approved stainless extended brake lines. Lift spindles that are intended to be installed with TC long travel systems must be specified at time of purchase. ABS wire tabs and brake line tabs are included to aid in routing the lines away from contact areas to prevent damage to these components.

Bolt-on Lower Control Arm Skid Plates - 05+ Tacoma Prerunner, 4wd, 03-09 4Runner & FJ Cruiser
TC now offers armor for your stock FJ Cruiser and Tacoma suspension. This bolt on lower a-arm skid plate uses 3/16” mild steel to provide maximum protection from the elements and will protect areas most vulnerable to rocks and tree hang ups on the trail. TC’s armor is CNC laser cut, pre bent and welded ready for easy installation. The skids bolt into existing factory lower control arm bolt holes (enlarging some holes may be necessary). Carriage bolts are used to eliminate damage caused by rocks. These arms ship raw so the armor can also be fully welded to the stock lower control arm for added strength & protection.

Upgrade performance and handling by installing the optional secondary shock to your 05+ Tacoma or 4Runner long travel IFS kit. 4wd models crave this option due to the added front differential weight. Installing dual 2.5 shocks increases dampening capability and adds tune ability to TC’s long travel kit. These hoops run a secondary 8” travel 2.5 or 2.0 non coil or bypass shock. The hoop is built from 4130 chromoly tubing and includes hardware to install the shock. Specify your shock model type at time of order. Some welding and grinding are required during install to ensure proper fit.

07+ 4WD Toyota Tundra 1" Diff. Drop Spacer
TC supplies a 1” differential drop down spacer intended to reduce the inner CV angle 2.5 degrees on the 4wd Tundra when aftermarket spacer or coil over lifts are installed. This inexpensive upgrade will add extra life to the factory inner CV boots. Zinc plated CNC diff spacers won’t rust. This kit is highly recommended to be used if you are running any of the aftermarket coil-over lift shocks intended to lift the truck and run larger tires, as well as our own U.C.A. (Upper Control Arm). Installation is about .5 hrs. The factory skid plate can be reinstalled with this component.

TOTAL CHAOS offers a complete line of replacement suspension components and hardware to keep your equipment performing at its best. Every set of brake lines is D.O.T. approved. Every pit box should always include an extra brake line, some replacement hardware, a few OEM parts, and a first aid kit! Unlike other manufacturers in our industry that require you to purchase a compete kit if you damage a control arm on the trail, TOTAL CHAOS offers individual replacement suspension components. For serious off-road use, TOTAL CHAOS offers Nylatron® bushings to compliment your TC suspension system. Nylatron® is a high performance nylon based plastic that has great wear resistance and lubrication properties. Suspension geometry is maintained during heavy cornering and uneven landings giving you more control. Nylatron® will not wear as fast as loud as urethane. Long travel kits include eight upper control arm & eight lower control arm half bushings. U.C.A. kits include eight half bushings. This kit is intended for TOTAL CHAOS suspension kits and will not work with stock components.
Not recommended for daily driven vehicles.

Universal Pin to Eyelet Shock Conversion
Tundra/4 Runner/Ford F150 97-03 & custom applications
TC offers an upper shock clevis that converts the factory rear pin style upper shock mount to incorporate a wider range of aftermarket shock options that are available in 1.25” width. This 3/4” bolt on adapter allows the installation of 2.0” or 2.5” diameter shocks. Some drilling may be necessary to install. This adapter was designed to aid pin to eyelet conversion shock modifications. Fox shocks will require special request narrower hi-misalignment spacers to fit the 1.25” tab, specify this dimension when ordering shocks.
